Using the service
By using I, Saras, you agree to these terms and to using the platform in a lawful, respectful, and academically honest way.

Limitation of liability
We work hard to make Saras dependable, but the platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, Saras is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
That includes loss of data, loss of study material, interrupted access, or decisions made solely on the basis of generated outputs. You remain responsible for your own preparation choices and exam decisions.
Access, licenses, and ownership
Your subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the platform during the active billing period.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of I, Saras without prior written permission.
Payments and refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the original purchase and we will review the request under our refund policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Abuse of offers, repeated refund requests tied to policy misuse, or clear violations of platform terms may affect eligibility.
Acceptable use and account actions
You must not misuse the service, interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, share restricted access, upload unlawful material, or use Saras to harass, deceive, or damage others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect policy abuse, harmful conduct, payment fraud, account compromise, or any activity that threatens the platform or other users.
Privacy and data handling
We collect only the information needed to operate the service, manage billing, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve product quality.
